India now hosts nearly 2,000 GCCs, employs more than 2 million professionals, and contributes significantly to global R&D, product engineering and enterprise transformation.
Yet what excites me most is not where India's GCC ecosystem stands today—but where it is heading over the next decade.
Having worked with organisations across Europe, the UK, North America and Asia in designing and scaling GCCs, I have witnessed this evolution firsthand.
